Episode 23 Creamed

Chickens are doing Great!…Weather has been Great! Lots of work not so Great but at least I am working is a way to look at it.

Paranormal fair was a lot of fun!

Jordan has been started over with a size US #6. I am making good progress at this point. I am still working on the daybreak as well. Hopefully I will finish by the next episode.

We are start a SAL!….SEW a long! it’s going to make a beautiful baby quilt.

Here is a list of materials you will need

1 Charm pack (about 40 squares of 5×5 inch fabric)

1/2 yrds of border fabric

1/4 yrds of binding fabric

1 yrd of backing fabric (can make either border or binding fabric or be totaling different)

1yrd of batting

Every other week I will give the next step to your baby quilt. Therefore you will have 2 weeks to complete each step.

Food For Thought:

parmesan creamed corn

4 ears of corn-cut kernels from cob (not cooked)

2T Butter

1/4 C heavy Cream

3/4 to 1 C of milk

1/4 t pepper

1/2 salt

1/4 C of parmesan Cheese

2 T parsley

Melt butter. Add your corn&parsley and saute for 5 mins. Remove 1 1/2 cup of corn and add to food process add milk and cream. Puree corn mixture. Add the corn puree to the remaining corn. mix in the parmesan cheese and add salt & pepper. if a little dry add 1/4 more milk. Heat till bubble. serve hot! YUM!
